Saturday the 11th of April...
B2U and a few other Iowa City riders embarked on a training ride in Iowa City. We covered 80 miles alittle less than four hours with an average speed of twenty two mph. There was lots of 'stop ahead sign' sprint action and escheloning. It was good to get a ride in with Tim Campbell, our new team member, as well as his brother Nick and to meet his girlfriend, Jen, who's pretty tough too.
